Hollywood celebrities do, because their careers are often dependent on their looks (though you will notice that the more serious Hollywood actors, like Laura Linney, almost never do because it would limit the roles they could get as 'normal people'). (Kate Middleton POSSIBLY has had minor work done, but she's the only one I can think of.) DLers were absolutely baffled why Prince Harry has not had hair restoration treatment, even though members of the British royal family almost NEVER get any work whatsoever done to their faces or their hairlines.
